1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eg666 ("eg666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://eg666.io ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

eg666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by eg666 support staff may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.1 Age Verification

eg666 operates a strict Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. All players are required to complete age and identity verification before any withdrawal is processed, and eg666 may request verification at account registration or at any subsequent point. Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Supporting documents evidencing residential address may also be required.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) eg666 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify eg666 of any changes to your personal details by contacting support at [email protected]. eg666 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eg666 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. eg666 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify eg666 support immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All eg666 accounts opened by players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. eg666 does not currently support multi-currency accounts for Bangladesh-registered players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

eg666 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your eg666 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. eg666 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the eg666 cashier at the time of transaction. eg666 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your eg666 account, or to a verified account in your name. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process as described in Section 2.1.

eg666 aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at the time. eg666 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

eg666 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering will result in immediate account closure, full reporting to law enforcement, and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eg666 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Abuse

eg666 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other conduct that eg666 reasonably considers to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offering. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with eg666.

5.3 Promotional Changes

eg666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player is mid-way through satisfying a wagering requirement at the time a promotion is withdrawn, eg666 will honour the bonus in accordance with the terms that were in effect at the time the promotion was claimed.

6. Game Rules & Betting

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on eg666 cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), baseball, football, kabaddi, and other international events. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. eg666 is not responsible for errors arising from system latency or connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.2 Void Bets

eg666 reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances that include: manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, bets accepted after an event has commenced (where not explicitly offered as in-play markets), or bets placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

eg666 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account. These limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules documentation. eg666 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, without being required to provide specific justification to the player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eg666 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided. Players who identify a software error are required to report it to eg666 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in relation to any sports event listed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to your eg666 account through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through eg666 support.
• Accessing another player's account or attempting to do so by any means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the eg666 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, database compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of eg666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; use any eg666 trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Force Majeure

eg666 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond eg666's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, telecommunications failures, power outages, civil unrest, or pandemic events.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

eg666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at eg666.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eg666 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. eg666 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Any claim or complaint arising out of these Terms must be submitted to eg666 within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
